Oh my gosh! I absolutely adore the serenity Day spa. The quality of the services they provide are definitely worthy of A-list prices. Yet they are extremely affordable. The setting is absolutely serene, as soon as you walk in you relax. I was greeted by the friendliest Manager, she is definitely awesome and she isn’t stuck up or anything. I had a brazillian, she did an amazing job, and since then I had a reduction in ingrown hairs. I adore Janelle. She made so comfortable, and didn’t judge me or seem awkward about it. She understood everything I was telling her, and she never once stopped asking if I was ok. Her waxing technique is awesome, I am African American, and I barely had any hair left. She is super nice and uber knowledgeable about what she is doing. I feel like a celebrity every time i walk in there. They offer me water and snacks, and provide the ultimate environment for de-stressing. Super professional, and yet friendly and relaxed. I wouldn’t go any where else for any of my spa services. I Love Serenity Day Spa! At serenity you are a celebrity.
